Each program at Pradit Lab is built around a different starting point. Whether you are new to coding, already writing Python, or ready for a substantial project, there is a structured path designed around your current level.

How All Three Programs Work
Every Pradit Lab program follows the same underlying idea: understanding develops through making. Each session produces something — a piece of working code, a trained model, a documented function. Nothing is purely theoretical.
Programs are delivered online through video sessions with mentors, written materials, and a shared workspace where code can be reviewed. You work at the pace your schedule allows, with a mentor available for questions between sessions.
Cohorts are kept small so mentors can track individual progress. If you are moving faster than expected, the program adjusts. If something needs more time, there is space for that too.

Program 01
Build Your First AI Project
A hands-on starter course in Python and the basics of machine learning, taught through small, achievable builds at a supportive pace. Suited to learners new to the field who like to learn by doing. Mentors are glad to help whenever you have questions.
What the program covers:
- Python fundamentals: variables, functions, loops, and basic data structures
- Introduction to pandas and data preparation
- First machine learning model using scikit-learn
- Reading and interpreting model results
- Building one complete mini-project from start to finish
How it runs:
Welcome session with your mentor — set goals and discuss your background
Weekly builds with written materials and short mentor check-ins
Final project session — review and walk through the completed build together

Program 02
Practical Deep Learning Track
A project-led track where learners build and train models, work with real data, and receive regular feedback in small groups. A good fit for those with some coding background wishing to go further. The pace flexes to suit your commitments.
What the program covers:
- Neural network fundamentals and PyTorch basics
- Working with real datasets: cleaning, splitting, and preparing data
- Training, evaluating, and iterating on models
- Common architectures: CNNs and sequential models
- Two project builds reviewed in a small group
How it runs:
Onboarding session to calibrate starting point and set direction
Fortnightly small-group sessions with mentor feedback on project work
Individual async support between sessions via the shared workspace
Final project review — walkthrough and discussion of completed builds

Program 03
Capstone Mentorship Program
An in-depth program where a mentor guides you through a substantial AI build to a finished portfolio piece, with support on presentation and next steps. Suited to committed learners preparing for new roles. Guidance continues throughout the project.
What the program covers:
- Scoping and planning a substantial AI project
- Working through a complete build with ongoing mentor review
- Code quality, documentation, and reproducibility
- Preparing the project for presentation
- Guidance on next steps — further study, roles, or further projects
How it runs:
Discovery call to understand your background, goals, and project idea
Project scoping session — agree on scope, milestones, and tools
Weekly mentor sessions throughout the build, with async support between
Presentation rehearsal and final review of completed portfolio piece
