About Pradit Lab
Practical AI Education, Built with Care
We believe the best way to understand AI is to build something with it. Everything at Pradit Lab flows from that idea.

How Pradit Lab Came to Be
Pradit Lab started from a simple frustration: most AI courses asked learners to watch a great deal and make very little. Theory arrived faster than the chance to apply it, and by the time a new concept was introduced, the previous one had not yet settled.
In 2021, a small group of developers and educators in Bangkok decided to build something different — a school arranged like a quiet workshop, where each session produced something tangible. Programs were designed so that a learner would finish every week with a piece of working code and a clearer sense of where the next step lay.
Today, Pradit Lab operates from Bangkok and teaches online, reaching learners across Thailand and the wider region. Group sizes are kept small by choice. Mentors stay accessible throughout each program. And the curriculum continues to be shaped by what learners actually need, updated term by term.
Mission
To make practical AI development accessible to people in Thailand and Southeast Asia — through programs that centre on building real things, with mentors who are genuinely present.
Vision
A learning environment where no one feels rushed, no one feels left behind, and everyone finishes with something they are glad to have made.
Values
Patience in teaching, honesty about difficulty, respect for different starting points, and a firm belief that making things is the most reliable path to understanding them.
People
The Team
Small by design. Everyone here teaches, writes, and stays in close contact with learners throughout each program.
Wichai Kasem
Lead Instructor & Co-founder
Software engineer turned educator with eight years working on data systems. Designs the curriculum and runs the Capstone Mentorship Program.
Natthida Prom
ML Mentor & Curriculum Designer
Spent five years in applied ML research before moving into education. Leads the Practical Deep Learning Track and reviews all written materials.
Somchai Phongsak
Starter Course Mentor
Former secondary school teacher who moved into Python and data science three years ago. Guides learners through the starter program with particular patience for those new to coding.
Standards
How We Maintain Quality
Each program is reviewed and updated regularly. These are the standards we hold ourselves to.
Regular Curriculum Review
Course content is reviewed at the start of each cohort to reflect current libraries, tools, and practices in AI development.
Experienced Mentors Only
Every mentor on a Pradit Lab program has professional experience in the field they teach, not just academic training.
Learner Feedback Loops
Every program ends with a structured feedback process. Comments from learners are read carefully and inform the next version of the course.
Data Privacy
Learner information is handled carefully, stored securely, and never shared with third parties. Thailand's PDPA guidelines inform our data practices.
Responsive Support
Questions sent during business hours receive a reply the same day. Queries sent outside working hours are addressed the following morning.
Open Source Tools
All programs use freely available, industry-standard tools. Learners are never locked into proprietary platforms or costly software subscriptions.
AI Development Education in Bangkok
Pradit Lab operates at the intersection of practical software development and structured education. Programs span Python programming, foundational machine learning, deep learning with real datasets, and long-form project work with dedicated mentor support.
The school draws learners from a range of backgrounds: working professionals adding data skills to their existing roles, recent graduates exploring new directions, and developers who have taught themselves some Python and want to go further with intention. Each group brings different questions, and programs are designed to hold space for that variety.
Bangkok's technology sector has grown steadily over recent years, and demand for people who can work confidently with machine learning tools has grown alongside it. Pradit Lab's programs aim to serve that need without overpromising — progress in AI development takes time and practice, and the curriculum reflects that honestly.
The school's name comes from the Thai word for skill or expertise developed through doing. That idea sits at the centre of every program: knowledge arrived at through making, not through observation alone.
